For those who have websites hosted with Rural Ramp, we will make reasonable efforts to maintain the operations of web hosting services as currently activated for the foreseeable future.

For those who would be greatly inconvenienced by an abrupt change in one's e-mail address, we will make reasonable efforts to forward e-mail received at your @ruralramp.net address to another e-mail address of your choosing to allow reasonable time during your transition. Please send an e-mail to support@ruralramp.net with your name, old e-mail address, and new e-mail address if this is something you would like to request.

Customers who have paid for dial-up internet access in advance should receive a refund check for the unused portion shortly, along with a final statement of one's account.

If you have any concerns regarding your final statement, please leave a message after the tone.
